Café tip #1: Impala and Haliflor

Impala and Haliflor is a café in Neukölln founded by two Americans. With comfy seating and lots of green plants, the interior stands out thanks to a mix of vintage and modern elements. Their coffee comes from a local roastery, and there’s a great selection of homemade pastries, cakes, and sandwiches like avocado toast. So it’s a great spot for a good breakfast.

What sets Impala and Haliflor apart from other cafés is their commitment to sustainability. They use recyclable materials, make their own cleaning products, and also offer Vegware products. It’s a great place to take a break from the neighborhood hustle while keeping the environment in mind. The café now has four locations in the capital.

Morgenrot is a classic Berlin coffeehouse in Friedrichshain, not far from EastSeven. Café Anna Blume in Berlin’s Kollwitzkiez has been a local institution for over 15 years and is within walking distance of EastSeven. Café Neue Liebe is just a short walk from EastSeven. With limited space, it has an especially cozy, homely feel. Alongside a tasty selection of coffee specialties, you can also enjoy delicious waffles, croissants, and international vegan and vegetarian dishes on the terrace.
