What makes the EastSeven youth hostel so special?

At EastSeven we don’t just want to offer you a place to sleep during your stay in Berlin. Our mission is to make our guests’ stay in Berlin as comfortable as possible. In addition to a comfortable bed in one of our well-equipped rooms, we offer you a free cereal breakfast in the morning, so that you can start a day full of new adventures.

When you return from your city exploration trip, you should of course feel at home with us. In addition to the relaxing end of the day in our garden with comfortable terrace, it is also the weekly community evenings where you can have a lot of fun with other guests from all over the world. And even if you’ve turned night into day before, you’ll always find a retreat in our hostel to recharge your batteries.

What is the location of EastSeven Berlin like?

s beautiful as our hostel is, we know that our guests are not here for us, but for the city. That’s exactly why we chose a central location in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Here you will find the vibrant and exciting side of Berlin with a wide range of different restaurants, small cafes, bars and numerous cultural activities.

In addition to the exciting environment around the EastSeven, you also have a perfect connection to other Berlin districts with their numerous sights and exciting places. The nearest subway station is less than 100 meters away. Thanks to the well-developed network of public transportation in Berlin, you can easily reach almost every corner of the city.

For example, the famous Alexanderplatz with the TV tower in the city center is only two stops away. And other sights such as Checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate or the Eastside Gallery can be easily reached by subway and S-Bahn.

Do you also offer accommodation for school classes?

Due to the limited number of rooms and numerous other guests, EastSeven is unfortunately not the ideal place for school classes. We also see ourselves more as a cozy and chill retreat for our guests. From 22:00 o’clock everything must be regulated to a pleasant room volume.

Can I stay overnight with you if I am under 18 years old?

We are only allowed to offer accommodation to minors under 18 years of age if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or an adult accompanying person with the corresponding permission of the legal guardian. An overnight stay in a shared dormitory is generally not possible for minors.

What kind of rooms are available?

For single travelers, backpacker, groups or families we offer the right room at EastSeven. From the classic single room for privacy to the conventional shared rooms, as you know them from other hostels and youth hostels, to the cozy double room for the family vacation, everyone will find the perfect room for their stay in Berlin at EastSeven.

How can I pay at EastSeven?

For security reasons, we can only accept credit and debit cards for payment of your room reservation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation without prior payment. If you have chosen the non-cancellable booking, your card will be charged immediately for the total amount. For our flexible rate with free cancellation, we will not charge your card until one to three days before your arrival.

When can I check in with you?

With our 24-hour self-check-in, you can check in with us at any time. If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can make yourself comfortable in our lounge, kitchen or garden. Of course you can also explore the area and get to know the exciting district of Prenzlauer Berg. In the meantime, we can keep your luggage safe for you.
